Every effort has been carried out to ensure the accuracy of the products. This encompasses the colour and finer details of the products being sold via the website. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of your device’s screen that you are using to make the purchase and the colour or finer details may differ slightly.

The studio place (the place in which manufacture is carried out and products are packaged) is checked regularly to ensure that there is a safe workplace. This means sufficient lighting, a tidy floor and work surfaces, no sharp objects such as pins, or scissors left somewhere harmful, and sociable working hours. This business is a sole proprietorship, so no employed persons are required to be accounted for in this process.

At the end of each manufacture stage there will be a quality control check. This will be carried out to assure the garments have been finished to a high standard to align with the price of the garment, customer expectations, and the brand’s message of slow fashion: creating lasting, quality products.

Each garment is manufactured to a high standard with a thorough quality control check. While every effort is made to ensure that the garments are safe: sometimes loose threads, pins, or needles may slip through the system. These can potentially cause minor bodily harm to the customer or any third parties which I will not be held responsible for as I will have taken every effort to prevent this cause of harm.

Section 6 – Offence and discrimination

All information provided on the website is in no way intended to discriminate or offend any race, disability, gender, or other groups of people.

The website is also is not targeted to any one person; this should be a place of peace where you feel comfortable to read the blog posts, purchase products, and share thoughts, ideas, and stories. The website is checked on a regular basis to assure there is no offence or discrimination occurrences targeted towards any group of peoples or any one person. Any feedback is welcome.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, faulty, or not what you were expecting in terms or colour or style.

We are happy to accept your return or exchange within 30 days from purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned unused. The charge on the postage is not refundable and any additional changes, e.g. posting an exchange item will be paid by you.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns, refunds, or exchanges for the reasons stated in these terms and conditions. This can be discussed with the individual on a case by case basis.

Certain items can be exchanged if the purchased item was not customised to a very specific size or unique style.
