Please note any international orders may incur additional customs/duty charges which are not included or calculated within the above cost. The additional cost is based on value, item description and origin. VAT added will depend on the country the order is entering.
Bare in mind that any custom made or altered garments will be shipped after manufacture. The shipment date will be confirmed with you via email once the manufacture is underway.
You will be able to track the delivery with regular emails about order confirmation and delivery updates. You can track the process personally by using the link sent via email. (Does not include international standard shipping).

Returns & Refunds
When purchasing from Zero be sure to buy the correct item. Size, colour, and fabric are given as options to make sure you will be more than happy with the purchases. Use the size chart to confirm the best size for you or email for further details. Alternatively, you can use the option to customise your own product.

We are happy to accept your return or exchange within 30 days from purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned unused. The charge on the postage is not refundable and any additional changes, e.g. posting an exchange item will be paid by you.
Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, faulty, or not what you were expecting in terms of colour or style.
Certain items can be exchanged if the purchased item was not customised to a very specific size or unique style.

If it does need to be returned then be sure to use the same packaging it was sent in to reduce the environmental cost. If the package is beyond re-use then be sure to use second hand packaging.

Once the item has been returned and there is confirmation for the refund, the money will be refunded to you in 5 working days depending on your bank provider.

To process a return, refund, or exchange, send an email to Zeroethicaldesign@gmail.com stating the reason for the issue with order details (e.g. order number).

We reserve the right to refuse any returns, refunds, or exchanges for the reasons stated in the Privacy Policy. This can be discussed with the you on a case by case basis.
