The reason we sell pre-made pieces is for the convenience of people needing a purchase right away. The benefits of buying custom made is that it will be personal to you. Measurements will be taken to assure the best fit for your unique body shape. Nobody is the same so we can't expect to conform to standard sizes. With the garment being more personal to you, mixed with quality fabrics, and finishes, the garment is expected to last longer than your "off the rack pieces". If customisation is not for you, be assured that no corners will be cut on quality with the pre-made garments.

Buying custom made means less pre-made garments stock piling. Stocks will be closely monitored to make sure there is no overproduction - creating waste. However, it is tricky business and by choosing the customise option will help to cut down on unnecessary production.

Any information provided through email or social media messages will stay confidential between yourself and Vanessa. Measurements will need to be provided to create the best customised piece for you, these measurements will only be used in the manufacture process, will not be shared with anyone outside of the process and will only be kept on record for two years, unless you purchase from us again and it will be extended. The only reason why the information is saved is to prevent needing to ask for the measurements again.
